Following the retirement of our current Principal, St Matthew's and CDAT are jointly seeking to appoint a passionate champion for children, the community and the church to lead our school.
We are looking for a Christian leader with a strong vision of education. The applicant will be a skilled communicator with high expectations for all children and who can engage with all sections of our community. A willingness and ability to collaborate and contribute throughout CDAT and further afield will be essential.
The school is a Church of England Academy. It is co-educational from 4 to 11 with a 40 place nursery class for 3 and 4 year olds. There is one class for each age group with no mixed age classes.
Salary: £53,724 - £62,262 (Reference points 13-19)
