First Aid

Class: Year 5 Year: 2015 - 2016

On Thursday 19th May, Year 5 and a couple of Year 6 pupils were joined by Lenny, from St John's Ambulance Service. Lenny spent the day teaching us about First Aid.

We know:

- How to get a casualty in to the recovery position

- What to do with an unresponsive casualty

- What should be in a first aid kit

- How to bandage a wound

- How to help someone who is choking

- How to treat burns and scalds

- What the main dangers are within our homes
